How can I book an appointement?

You can book an appointment by going to our teams page, choose your preferred hairstylist and clicking on their booking link. Once you click on the link, choose your service(s) and preferred date/time, then request the appointment. Our team will look over the appointment and approve it within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email of this.

Will I get a reminder of my appointement?

Yes you will receive a reminder by text or email 2 days prior to your appointment.

How can I cancel or reschdule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us ( 438-230-3388 ) or through your account on our online booking system.

Question 4

Does all the services include a blow dry?

Accepted Answer

Our services do not come with a blow dry, if you would like your hair styled, we recommend adding the service. However, we usually do a quick dry if there isn't a blow dry service added.

Do I need a consultation appointment?

You will need a consultation if you feel unsure, nervous or have extensive hair colour history.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There is street parking available on Bord-Du-Lac, Golf and Lanthier. There is also municipal parking lots available on Saint Joachim and Saint Anne.

Do I need to come with clean hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes you should come to your hair appointment with clean hair.

For hair colour appointments, colour deposits and lift better in clean hair.

For haircut appointment's, its best to come with clean hair for us to see your hair in its natural form.

Whats the difference between highlights and a lived-in look/balayage?

Highlights are weaved pieces of hair that are lightened from root to tip creating a overall structured, uniform lighter look.
Lived-in looks/balayge is weaved pieces of hair that are hand painted creating a blend that is sun kissed, gradient effect that is low-maintence.

What is the difference between Keratin Smoothing Treatment and a Pinot Noir Treatment?

The main difference between a Keratin Smoothing Treatment and a Pinot Noir Treatment (Taninutra Therapy) lies in their active ingredients, level of restructuring, and ultimate effect on the hair’s natural movement. 
Keratin Smoothing focuses on coating the hair with protein to drastically reduce frizz and straighten hair, often reducing volume.
Pinot Noir Treatment uses natural plant tannins and wine grape extracts to deeply nourish and restructure hair, aiming for shine and health, while maintaining natural movement and curl.

For medium hair, every 8-12 weeks.
